Security during this time is ever more crucial as crime may increase due to higher unemployment rates and economic insecurity becomes an even bigger reality. We assure you of our ongoing ability to service your vehicle security needs now and long after the pandemic ends.
We can confirm that the Beame recovery service will continue operating during all levels of lockdown to provide you with peace of mind about your vehicle’s security. As a provider of essential security services, we assure you that the Beame 24/7 Emergency Control Room at 0860 232 631 or 011 654 8052 remains open during the lockdown to report vehicle theft and hi-jacking incidents.
For any other queries, please do not call the emergency line. Customer service, product and sales support will continue being delivered remotely. Rather send a message by completing the online form or send an email to customercare@beame.co.za with your name, vehicle registration, contact number and details of the enquiry.
For queries regarding insurance certificates, and to check the unit or its battery status we encourage you to make use of the BEAME SMARTPHONE APP. Please note that you cannot see the location of your vehicle on the app, but rest assured our recovery teams can find your vehicle on our systems. You also do not need to worry about your vehicle’s battery running flat as the wireless Beame unit is not connected to the battery. The app is available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
While we have put measures in place to ensure business continuity during this period in line with the government’s guidelines, the well-being of our Employees and Customers remains paramount.
